Delivery and Returns

Delivery
Our Jewellery is made to order, and we want to make sure each piece gets the time and attention it deserves, so please allow 2-3 weeks for 9ct gold and sterling silver jewellery and 4-6 weeks for 18ct gold jewellery. Please enquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We want to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if we can.

All packages are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery tracked and signed for. Packages with an order value over £500 are sent free of charge.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued for items shipped to an incorrect address.

When shipping outside the UK pieces may incur additional charges for customs and taxes. These are not included in your order and Selina Murray jewellery is not responsible for calculating these - please be sure before you purchase. A shipping and restocking fee may be deducted from returned or rejected orders. 

Returns
Selina Murray Jewellery will accept returns on Ready To Ship items (excluding earrings) within 14 days of receipt, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original packaging and condition. Please contact us to rarrange your return. 

Every piece of Selina Murray jewellery is covered by our one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Should your piece break due to a manufacturing defect in that time we’ll repair free of charge.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange or a refund on personalised and made to order pieces.

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned or exchanged.
 
In case of fault or damage, please email hello@selinamurray.com for assistance. Repairs for damage caused by wear or accident will be chargeable.

Items being returned for an exchange, repair or refund must be returned to us in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Once we receive the item back, we shall process a refund within 7 working days, we do not refund return postage costs. We cannot be responsible for the time in which your bank may take to clear the monies.

If you wish to return your jewellery (for repair, cleaning, adding additional parts or exchanging) you will be responsible for your returns package until it arrives safely with Selina Murray Jewellery. So please ensure you send safely to avoid any loss or damage and obtain proof of postage. We recommend Royal Mails’ Special Delivery Service. Please allow 14 working days from receipt of parcel to process through the studio and return back to you.
