E-gift cards are digital and delivered directly to your recipient's email, complete with instructions on how to redeem at checkout.

When purchasing, you can add a personalised message and choose the date you'd like the gift card to be sent — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or any special occasion.

Our e-gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, with no additional processing fees. Please note that if you choose a scheduled send date, the 24-month validity period still begins from the date of purchase, not the date the gift card is delivered to your recipient. Multiple e-gift cards can be used per transaction.

Our Jewellery is made to order, and we want to make sure each piece gets the time and attention it deserves, so please allow 2-3 weeks for 9ct gold and sterling silver jewellery and 4-6 weeks for 18ct gold jewellery. Please enquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We want to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if we can.
All packages are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery tracked and signed for. Packages with an order value over £500 are sent free of charge.

Our diamonds and coloured stones are lovingly and carefully, ethically
sourced from trusted partners. All diamonds conform to Kimberley Process
requirements.
