E-gift cards are digital. They are delivered instantly, direct to your email and contain instructions on how to redeem at checkout.

Our E-gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and have no additional processing fees. Multiple E-Gift cards can be used per transaction.

Our Jewellery is made to order, and we want to make sure each piece gets the time and attention it deserves, so please allow 2-3 weeks for 9ct gold and sterling silver jewellery and 4-6 weeks for 18ct gold jewellery. Please enquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We want to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if we can.
All packages are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery tracked and signed for. Packages with an order value over £500 are sent free of charge.

Our diamonds and coloured stones are lovingly and carefully, ethically
sourced from trusted partners. All diamonds conform to Kimberley Process
requirements.
