Our Jewellery is made to order, and we want to make sure each piece gets the time and attention it deserves, so please allow 2-3 weeks for 9ct gold and sterling silver jewellery and 4-6 weeks for 18ct gold jewellery. Please enquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We want to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if we can.
All packages are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery tracked and signed for. Packages with an order value over £500 are sent free of charge.

Personalisation is handstamped rather than machine engraved. Each letter
and number is individually stamped into the metal by hand with a hammer
and steel stamp, variations between spacing and depth will occur which
gives each piece its truly unique character.

Our diamonds and coloured stones are lovingly and carefully, ethically sourced from trusted partners. All diamonds conform to Kimberley Process requirements.
