INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We deliver to selected destinations outside the UK. If you would like to confirm whether we can ship to your location, please contact us by email before placing your order.

International orders are shipped from England on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. As the recipient, you are considered the importer and must comply with all local laws and regulations. You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees. These charges are not included in the price of the products or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Selina Murray Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds, replacements or credit notes where the recipient refuses delivery or refuses to pay customs charges.

Once the package leaves UK soil, Royal Mail/ lour couriers does not have any control over delivery. If tracking states that your package has arrived in it’s destination country, please contact your local post office or carrier to organise delivery.
